Black Friday

This year was a low key Black Friday. This is technically my 2nd Black Friday here. The morning was full of a thick fog that lingered all day. This is the first fog of the year. Alan tells me this will be standard from here until Early Spring. I will say it makes everything really pretty, especially the fall leaves.

This was on our way out of Our Gated Neighborhood.

We went Shopping at Walmart & Target this year. I have decided to do most of my Shopping online this year. So we mostly went out for DVD's, Music, & a few odds and ends. 

We got out all of the Christmas Boxes. And packed up all the Thanksgiving things.

We decided to Surprise Savannah early. Mostly because I didn't want to hear Christmas Music after Christmas. Her smile says it all... she was sooooooo excited. 

Brenton was another story... "I don't want to listen to No Justin Beeeeiber". haha.

Favorite Family Snack... whenever we buy Sugar Snap Pea's, they last maybe a few days.

Alan's 1st Motorcycle!!! He has a bomber jacket on... ironically Brent also has one.

Grandma surprised us with a New Book from her School Book Fair. 

Her favorite new show is Princess Sophia the first.

Benson is still my shadow...

And lastly.... I have purchased over a dozen pairs of Cowboy Boots since Moving here. 

But seriously aren't these Amazing?! I got 2 pairs of this style. Tan & Coral.

 In Utah, there isn't very good Mom & Pop shops when it comes to Donuts. So we surprised the Kids and took them out for Donuts Saturday Morning!

After we headed to Costco... In Iowa we shopped amongst the Amish. And apparently in California we now shop amongst the Mennonite!!! 

Sadly, Costco is pretty much the only Grocery Store we shop at now. With high food prices, I can count on Costco's prices to stay the same. Which makes budgeting easier. So it is very typical for Our Cart to look like this. Thanks Grandpa & Grandma Adams for our Costco Membership!!! It has gone to good use!!

We are staying with my In-laws, until Our house is ready to move into on the 18th. Alan is still working in Utah for another 2 1/2 weeks! :( We moved here early, because Brenton starts school next week!

My In-laws have a HUGE Garden & 5 acres of Peach Orchards... It is truly Country Living at its finest with a California Twist! Get Ready for a Photo Overload!!!
