How the Thorpe's Celebrate Halloween!

This year we went as Wizard Of Oz for Brenton's 1st Halloween. All we were missing was the Tin Man. Thankfully I wasn't as sick for Halloween. I worked from 7:30am to Noon. To rush home and put up spiderwebs on the porch. And carve pumpkins with the hubby! :) We got ready at dusk and took pictures before we went trick or treating. We only went to 4 or 5 houses around the block just to say Brenton did it. Although we didn't get very many tricker treaters we did have a lot of fun.

Earlier in the week we carried out The Thorpe Family tradition, of going to the store and picked out the biggest and ugliest pumpkin we could find. We than drove up into the mountains, picked a spot and took out or guns and pretty much blew up the pumpkin! :) We started this back in Oct of 2005 and enjoyed it so much the 1st time around we decided to do it annually the week of Halloween!

Baby Thorpe!!

Well much to Our Surprise and Shock we are expecting Baby Thorpe June of 2008! :) The Doctor thinks its between June 8th and 11th. Our 1st apt is on November 9th. Our plan was to wait a few years but apparently Heavenly Father had something else in mind! We are excited. We have mixed feelings on what we are hoping for. We would love a little girl. And at the same time would love another little boy! I guess we will see what we get!
