Weekend Getaway...

Even though we just returned from Vacation... we decided for a little getaway to our timeshare in Park City and on our way home hit Hoogle Zoo! :)

Southern California Trip Part III

A Mandatory stop on every California Vacation is stopping to see My Grandpa. Or as Our kids call him "My Great Pa-Pa"!!! They absolutley adore Grandpa. Brenton thinks hes the neatest because he has a Lightning McQueen Geotracks! Savannah is constantly telling us how cute her great papa is!

Part II -- Newport Beach

We love going to the beach!! We met up with Al's High School Buddy, Justin. (he lives just a few blocks from Newport... jealous!!) I always wish we have more time to spend at the Beach. Unfortunately even our Vacations end up being somewhat time structured. :/

Disneyland

We went to Disneyland for 2 days & had a blast!! Disneyland is a MILLION times better when your experiencing it with your kids!!! Not to mention in Sept there are NO lines, you have time to see the characters you want to meet, watch parades and have a good seat, plus not to mention the amazing weather!! Autopia Cars, The Carousel, Dumbo, and Disney's Playhouse were the kids favorites!

We still have 2 day hoppers to use until May 2011... just another excuse for another trip! ;)

Brenton's 1st Day of Preschool

Brenton has been begging us to let him go to school!! He cant wait to ride a school bus or to make new friends! Well the School Bus will have to wait a few years... Brent's preschool is just a few blocks away. Most days we will walk but if its snowing he will get to go in Dad's BIG Yellow Truck!! Brenton got to pick out his backpack and was so excited for his 1st Day! (He had to bring beans to school in the exact weight of when he was born... he kept telling us it was his school work) Brent had a great 1st Day... Savannah on the other hand cried for the entire 2 1/2 hours. haha. Hopefully that will get better with time.

Tonight we got Brent a backpack for school and Savannah one as well. Savannah wants to go so bad... It will be a hard year to wait but Im looking forward to our alone time! :)
