Our Plans for the next 3 years!
*
So we have been debating where to go to school for Alan's Major, Agricultural Business. The plan is for Alan to go to UVSC to finish his generals in 2 semesters so that he will be finished by next summer. This January he will apply to several schools in Missouri, Kentucky, & South Carolina. I actually go back to school come this Saturday and will be finished July 7th!!! The School has a 95% rate of job placement before the end of classes! I still need to take some side classes at UVSC for Spanish Command and Spanish Dentistry Terminology. And then I'll be all set & ready to go!!
*
We are really hoping that he gets into The College of The Ozarks! Which is located in Point Lookout, Missouri. Its probably about 10 mins south of Branson, & 20 mins north of the Arkansas-Missouri Border, and another 40 mins south of Springfield. Those of you, who have no idea what Branson is. Its pretty much a Disneyland & Vegas town of the mid-west. Theres a few amusement parks, shows, ect. Its also near a huge lake. Its located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, so the scenery is amazing! Since it is Tornado Alley, We are okay with living there since the likely hood of Tornadoes is much less in the Mountains. Another factor about waiting a year is to have a year under me for experience to help me get a better paying job. Also by next year we can afford to get a house out there. Homes are extremely cheap and are really neat looking! It will def be a change from what we are use to but we are excited to live in and see a different part of the country. After Alan finishes school we will hopefully be heading back to Modesto, California.

Antelope Island
*
So Lori, Brenton, & I went to Antelope Island after we went to The Tulip Festival. For those of you who are wondering what it is or where it is... Its located in the middle of the Great Salt Lake. Its about 15 miles long. And is home to Buffalo, Antelope, Quails, Raptors, Coyote, Bobcats, ect. We only saw Antelope, a White Owl, & a Quail the size of a chicken! Anyways It was absolutely breathtaking! It doesn't even feel like your in Utah anymore. Heck or even the US. Its what I picture Ireland to kinda look like! Pictures surely don't do it justice either. This Summer we are planning to go camping out there for a weekend.

Happy Easter!!!

This year for Easter was a quite one. Alan had to work at Harvest the day before for there Annual Easter Buffet. At the end they told the employees to take home whatever was left over. So on Easter Sunday we had Ham and Prime Rib! It was soooo yummy! We had Christy & Chris over (for those of you who are wondering who Chris is, its Christy's Boyfriend). Alan had to work that night because there are really short handed at work so we dropped him off at 6pm. We than went to Monica's to have dessert and play games. It was also the first time we took Brenton to Church! I guess we didn't think about how the car seat would fit before. Our Chapel is one of the older Chapels in Provo. Absolutely stunning and I think by far the neatest chapel we have gone to church in so far. The Pues were so skinny and narrow that you cant fit a car seat on the floor. Instead leaving you to have to put it beside you. Next week I think we will leave it in the car. haha. This year we didn't really get each other anything for Easter. Brenton got a cute little Basket (in Brenton's Size) with a Baby Einstein Tooth Brush and and a mini Tonka Truck that was to big to fit in his basket. Brenton wore his "Just Hatched" t-shirt after church. To see Brenton's things check his blog! :)

Our Anniversary Dinner
*
Alan's Mom took us to Tapenyaki's, a Japanese Steakhouse. It was really Yummy & fun! We pretty much had the place to our selves! For some reason I think there wont be romantic dinners of just the 2 of us for a long time... haha. Oh Well! It was just nice to be with Alan, since he works so much! :)

2 Years Ago Today....
*
Sadly because it falls on Conference Weekend and on a Sunday we can't really do much. Alan's Mom is in town so she took Brenton off our hands this morning and let us sleep in. Which was WONDERFUL! We took a walk as a family in between conference, and tonight we are just having a nice dinner together. We will probably celebrate sometime this week and Alan & I will go out for a nice dinner.
